The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before your arrival.

• 30 days or more from arrival date: Full Refund

• 14 days to 29 days from arrival date: 50% Refund

• Less than 14 days from arrival date: No Refund

What is the difference between booking direct and booking through a booking platform?
Platforms like Airbnb and VRBO typically charge around 15% in fees for you to book through them. If you book directly, there are no fees other than the 8% MT Lodging tax and the exit cleaning fee which you are paying no matter where you book.
Booking direct usually ends up saving at least $75-$150.
Note: The Airbnb service fee can also be non-refundable no matter when you cancel and VRBO only refunds theirs if the host fully refunds the reservation.
